Prepare proteins.
Cook 2 to 3 different proteins. Boil half a dozen eggs. Cook a pound of black beans,
chickpeas or lentils to make bean burgers or to top rice, pasta and salads. Buy a rotisserie chicken or roast one
yourself. You can shred the roasted chicken, or slice pork tenderloin or turkey breasts for sandwiches or tacos.
Make lunch the night before.
