Start/stop test on load sequence in rising (NO) or
falling (NC) edge of the input signal.

falling (NC) edge of the input signal.
Prevent switch control operations, configuration,
test sequences and generator start in case of
priority source failure.
Disables automatic transfer back to priority source.
Sets priority for source 1 in transformer-transformer
