Sets the I/O input method for "External Offset Function" to adjust the marking position for the entire marking data in the file.

• External offset function cannot be used with on-the-fly marking at regular intervals or on-the-fly marking with multiple
triggers.
• At LP-400/V compatible command mode, "Low 10-bit" and "SEO command" of the input method cannot be set and
readout.
