3-12-3 Laser frequency / pulse cycle: MPL

Sets the laser frequency (LP-GS/LP-RC) or pulse cycle (LP-RF/LP-RV) for the current file.
• The settings by this command are applied to all objects in the file. With LP-RF/LP-RV series, if you want to change the
pulse cycle correction value of the specified object only, set the pulse cycle correction by each object setting.
• With LP-400/V compatible command mode, the available setting range of the pulse cycle for LP-RV series is limited. If
the setting value exceeds the limit, it is not possible to readout the settings by this command.
• For LP-RV series, the pulse duration is set to 30ns when you set the pulse cycle by this command.
