Step 5.
When the left screen appears, touch
[OK], and input the password on the
key window.

When the password is set in a
program in the PLC CPU, the left
screen appears.
Touch [OK], and input the password
on the key window.
When the input of the password is
completed, the restoration processing
is executed.
Step 7.
The left screen is displayed while the
restoration processing is executed.
Step 8.
When the restoration processing is
finished, the left screen appears.
Touch [OK].
