RdOnly Management information: The size of every item.
Management information: The size of the database, the size
RdOnly includes management information.
(Total_Item*Item_Size+management_info_size).
These 16 registers represent the latest entries, when the OIT
RdOnly operator enters a numeric or ASCII value into one of these
objects. Register 9075 is the latest entry.
