Port triggering

Some applications, such as games, video conferencing, and remote access, require that specific
ports in the router's firewall be opened for access by the applications. Port triggering opens an
incoming port when the user's computer is using a specified outgoing port for specific traffic. This
allows computers behind a NAT-enabled router on a local network to provide services. Port
triggering triggers can open an incoming port when a client on the local network makes an outgoing
connection on a predetermined port or range of ports.
Choose Advanced Setup > NAT > Port Triggering to enter the configuration page.
Click Add to configure the function.
