5. LIABILITY
The Constructor is exonerated from any liability and obligation for any injury/da‐
mage caused to persons/objects due to any of the reasons listed below:
• Failure to comply with the instructions indicated in this USE AND MAINTE‐
NANCE MANUAL regarding running, use and maintenance of the machine;
• Violent or sudden actions or incorrect manoeuvres when using or servicing
the machine;
• Modifications made to the structure or machine components without pre‐
vious authorisation from the Constructor and/or without the use of suitable equi‐
pment;
• Strange events with respect to normal and correct use of the machine, descri‐
bed in this USE AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL;
• Use of non‐original spare parts not authorised by the manufacturer;
