Replace the RTM IP RMX 4000 Card

The RTM IP 4000 card on the rear of the RMX 4000 provides connectivity to all the MCU modules.
RTM IP 4000 connections require Ferrite cables when connecting to MPMRx cards.

control unit cards are in a standby mode.
