RTM ISDN Card-9 PRI ports, 4 LAN ports

The RTM ISDN card supports configuration of Multiple Network services, and the configuration of LAN
redundancy. The RTM ISDN cards can be used with MPMRx media cards. The rear panel layout for the
ISDN card is shown next.
Note:
Software version
The RTM ISDN card with 9 PRI ports and four LAN ports, with part number BRD 2501x-
L0, is not supported by software versions preceding version 8.4.1. Upgrade the software
version to 8.4.1 or a higher version before use this card.

9 PRI ports:
Any PRI port can work as either E1 or T1 port, and each ISDN card can support up to 7 E1 or 9 T1
ports. With two ISDN cards equipped, a total of 14 E1 or 18 T1 ports can be used for connecting
external ISDN networks.
Note:
E1 and T1 spans cannot be connected simultaneously to the same card, therefore,
it is not possible to have a mixed E1 and T1 ISDN Network Service
Four 1Gb LAN ports:

The RTM ISDN card supports 200 audio participants, regardless of whether the
spans are E1 or T1.
One DBG port:
Debug port, for technician or field support use.
ARM/CM switch:
ARM/CM is a switch for technician or field support use. The switch decides the output source
between CM or DSP UART for DBG port.

Description
OFF-Normal.
Flashes-During the startup of a media card and
control 4000 unit.
This LED is activated when the MPMRx card Hot
Swap functionality initiates a power off routine on
the MPMRx cards.
ON-Power on the RTM ISDN card has been
switched OFF. This LED is activated by the card
when the MPMRx card Hot Swap functionality
powers off the MPMRx cards.
