Static Teach-In 1-sheet (Part A)
During the static Teach-In one sheet of nominal thickness must be present between the sensors.
In the operating mode "Frequency" (Monitoring Parts for Hardend / Tempered Properties and
Materials Mix up) part A must be placed in the sensor gap.
(without IN 2/3)
OUT 4, 3, 2, 1
Check whether the output OUT0 "Enable" has been switched to HIGH (ready for operation), otherwise a
1
fault condition is existing.
Before initiating the static Teach-In 1-sheet, all inputs must be switched to LOW for 10 milliseconds.
2
One sheet of nominal thickness must be present between the sensors.
Switch the input IN2 "Teach-In 1-sheet" to HIGH.
3
Within 10ms the outputs OUT1...OUT4 are switched to LOW.
4
Then the system performs a Teach-In 1-sheet, which will be completed after max. 7 seconds.
Now the system waits for the input IN2 "Teach-In 1-sheet" being switched to LOW.
After point 4 or 10ms after point 3 switch the input IN2 "Teach-In 1-sheet" to LOW.
5
The outputs OUT1...OUT4 switch to HIGH.
