SECURITY AND LOCKS
5. CHECK BODY INTEGRATED MODULE POWER SUPPLY, GROUND CIRCUIT AND REGIS-
TERED CONNECTOR CIRCUIT
Step
1 CHECK REGISTRATION CONNECTOR IN-
PUT VOLTAGE.
Measure the voltage between the body inte-
grated module harness connector and chassis
ground.
Connector & terminal
(B281) No. 22 (+) — Chassis ground (
2 CHECK POWER SUPPLY OF BODY INTE-
GRATED MODULE.
1) Disconnect the harness connector of body
integrated module.
2) Measure the voltage between the harness
connector terminal and chassis ground.
Connector & terminal
(B280) No. 7 (+) — Chassis ground (
(B281) No. 2 (+) — Chassis ground (
3 CHECK BODY INTEGRATED MODULE
GROUND CIRCUIT.
1) Disconnect the harness connector of body
integrated module.
2) Measure the resistance between the har-
ness connector terminal and chassis ground.

6. CHECK REGISTRATION CONNECTOR.

1) Disconnect the registration connector.
2) Measure the voltage between the body
integrated module harness connector and
chassis ground.

2 CHECK REGISTRATION CONNECTOR IN-
PUT VOLTAGE.
1) Connect the registration connector.
2) Measure the voltage between the body
integrated module harness connector and
chassis ground.

Check
Is the voltage more than 10 V? Go to step 2.
