Troubleshooting
Analyzing the list of errors
You can view a compilation of the following warnings and errors, which appear on the
display during operation, at a later time in order to analyze your process.
All in all, a maximum of 32 errors is stored. After that, older messages are overwritten by
newer ones.
➜ In the menu bar of the "Basic settings" menu, tap "Error list" to view information,
errors and warnings.
✓ An error history is displayed showing the corresponding date and time.
➜ To view details, tap the individual entries.
The following messages/errors are displayed.
Error messages on display
Warning:
Transportation lock activated!
Please move lift upward and switch
the device off and then on again.
Warning:
The vapor temperature sensor is
defective or not attached!
Warning:
The AUTOaccurate sensor is defec-
tive or not attached!
Warning from chiller:
Temperature has fallen below the
lower limit!
Warning from chiller:
Temperature has exceeded the
upper limit!
Warning from chiller:
Filling level of thermal fluid too low!
Warning:
Heating bath
Careful! Hot!
Error
The AUTOaccurate sensor is defec-
tive or the temperature is below the
measuring range.
Error
The AUTOaccurate sensor is defec-
tive or the temperature is above the
measuring range.
Error
The vapor temperature sensor is
defective or the temperature is
below the measuring range.

The transportation lock

Remedy
▪ Remove transpor-
tation lock if needed
▪ Move lift upward
▪ Switch the device off
and then on again

ture
Add cooling fluid
