Einleitung Einleitung Zu diesem Dokument Die vorliegende Betriebsanleitung beschreibt alle Funktionen und die Bedienung von Laborrührern des Typs Hei-TORQUE Core. Die Betriebsanleitung ist als integraler Lieferbestandteil zu betrachten. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Die Laborrührer des Typs Hei-TORQUE Core wurden speziell für die folgenden Aufgaben entwickelt: Rühren, Mischen, Be- und Entgasen, Emulgieren, Suspendieren. Die Laborrührer des Typs Hei-TORQUE Core sind für den Einsatz in den folgenden Bereichen geeignet: Chemie, Pharmazie, Biologie, Umweltanalytik, Grundlagenforschung, Forschungslabors. -

Allgemeine Hinweise Die Einhaltung und Umsetzung aller einschlägigen Richtlinien und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für den jeweiligen Einsatzbereich liegt ausschließlich im Verantwortungsbereich des Betreibers. Sämtliche Risiken, die aus einer nicht bestim- mungsgemäßen Verwendung resultieren, trägt ausschließlich der Betreiber. Gewinde nicht zu beschädigen! ➜ Drehen Sie die Madenschraube gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, um die Haltestange zu lösen und zu demontieren. ➜ Befestigen Sie anschließen die montierte Haltestange mithilfe geeigneter Klemmen an einem ausreichend tragfähigen Laborgitter bzw. an einem Stativ (geeignetes Zubehör siehe www.heidolph.com). -

Inbetriebnahme Netzspannungsversorgung Zur Spannungsversorgung verfügt das Gerät über eine Gerätesteckdose mit Verriegelungssystem. Eine passende dreipolige Netzanschlussleitung ist im Lieferumfang enthalten. GEFAHR Stromschlag, Sachschäden, Produktionsausfall ➜ Das Gerät darf ausschließlich über eine geerdete Netzsteckdose mit der erforderlichen Netzspannung versorgt werden. Netzanschlussleitungen ohne Verriegelungssystem können sich im Betrieb aufgrund der entstehenden Vibrationen lösen. -

Inbetriebnahme Automatischer Wiederanlauf Mit dieser Funktion kann das Gerät so eingestellt werden, dass das Rührwerk nach dem Abschalten oder nach einem Spannunsausfall automatisch wieder gestartet und die Drehzahl auf den zuletzt eingestellten Wert hochgefahren wird. VORSICHT ➜ Aktivieren oder deaktivieren Sie die automatische Wiederanlauffunktion je nach Bedarf grundsätzlich vor dem eigentlichen Prozessstart! ➜... -

Überlastschutz Das Gerät ist mit einer Überlast-Schutzfunktion ausgerüstet: Die Leistungsanzeige auf dem Display (siehe Abschnitt „Übersicht Laborrührer Hei-TORQUE Core“ auf Seite 11) visualisiert die effektive Belastung in Form eines Fortschrittsbalkens. Im Falle einer Überlast (z.B. durch eine zu hohe Drehzahl bei hochviskosen Substanzen) blinkt das äußerste rechte Segment der Leistungsanzeige. -

Bedienung ➜ Wird die Rotationsbewegung vor Ablauf des Timers gestoppt, so wird dieser angehalten und läuft beim erneuten Starten der Rotationsbewegung weiter. ➜ Läuft die Timer-Zeit regulär ab (keine Unterbrechung durch manuelles Stoppen der Rotationsbewegung), wird die Rotationsbewegung automatisch gestoppt und der Timer zurückgesetzt auf die eingestellte Zeit, z.B. -
