The character between the seconds and frames numbers indicates field 1 or 2. If
the machine returns field 1 in the timecode, the SloMoPro displays a period as in
the screenshots below.

If the machine returns field 2 in the timecode, the SloMoPro displays a colon as in
the screenshots below.

Some video devices do not return the field value so, you may only see one or the
other.
