Display endpoint and group status

The endpoint status is most useful when the endpoint is part of an active conference. You can also
control the endpoint to some extent from here.
1. Go to Endpoints
2. Click on an endpoint or group name
3. Review or control the endpoint, with reference to the following table
4. Refresh the page in your browser to get the latest status.
Field Field description
Country These fields display information as returned
code/extension by the endpoint. The details may not be
supplied in a consistent manner between

Field Field description
Connected Whether the endpoint is
to currently in a conference, and
conference if so the name of the
conference.
Call status Whether the call is connected
and if so, if it is an incoming or
outgoing call.
Protocol The protocol used in this call
e.g. H.323.
Endpoint The capabilities that the
advertised endpoint advertised when
capabilities negotiating the call.
Video Whether receive and transmit
channels video channels are open
between the Cisco
TelePresence Server and the
far end.
Far end Whether the audio from the far
audio mute end has been muted by the
remote device.
Bandwidth The amount of network
bandwidth used for this call's
media in each direction.

Status
Usage tips
Click the conference name to go to the status page for that
conference.
For example: Audio, Video, Video content, Encrypted traffic,
Unencrypted traffic.
For an endpoint group, this shows the bandwidth for each call
rather than the total combined bandwidth.

endpoint has been connected for the first
time (regardless of whether it's currently
connected or not).
