Room configuration reference
Field Field description
Name The name of the room.
User ID The User ID that will be used to log in to the
TelePresence Server room.
Password The Password that will be used to log in to
the TelePresence Server room.
Endpoint The endpoint or endpoint group to be
associated with this room.
Allow call-out Allow the room's user to invite endpoints or
to user- endpoint groups that are not pre-configured
supplied to join the ad hoc conference.

Usage tips
Enter a name. This will show in the room list.
The user will log in to the TelePresence
Server web interface using this User ID and
the password (described below).

Note: When updating a room's configuration,
the Password field is not editable. To
change the password, click Change
password.
All configured endpoints and endpoint
groups with valid call-out parameters are
listed.
When enabled, this feature allows the user to
enter an H.323 ID or IP address to call a
participant who was not previously selected
to join conferences started from this room.
When the user is creating a conference from
the room, the user can select from the
TelePresence Server's whole list of pre-
configured endpoints.
If disabled (default), the room can only invite
from the list of Pre-configured participants
on its own
