Calculate
Dielectric constant of the target used. When the di-
Value
electric constant is calculated, the controller replaces
the original value.
Standard value: 0. Adds a constant [µm] to the thick-
Value
ness value.
Working distance sensor [µm], value range: 5000 µm
Value
or 10000 µm.
This button deletes the thickness measurement func-
tion, channel 1 outputs the difference = Eddy - Capa.
This button sets the value of the offset in such a way
that the thickness signal is 0 µm.
Clicking onto this button permanently stores the
values in the controller. Subsequently, the controller
calculates based on the new values.
Step 1: Remove the measurement object from the
Value
measuring gap, click onto the button Set current
position.
Step 2: Move the measurement object into the
Value
measuring gap, click onto the button Set current
position.
Step 3: Enter the value [µm] for the maximum working
Value
distance. Value range: 5000 µm or 10000 µm.
Step 4: Enter the thickness value [µm] of the master
Value
target.

Clicking onto the button starts the calculation of the
dielectric constant
.
