Procedure

1. Calibrate the tracking generator by pressing

3. Zero and calibrate the power meter and RF power sensor. Make sure
75 Ω RF Out only: Zero and calibrate the 75 Ω power sensor.

4. Connect the 100 kHz to 1.5 GHz power sensor to the RF Out on the
