Setting the parameters

Description
Hours.
Can be set from 0 to 23.
Minutes.
Can be set from 0 to 59.
Day of the week.
Can be set from Monday to Sunday.
The day's date.
Can be set from 1 to 31.
Month.
Can be set from January to December.
Year.
Can be set from 2014 to 2099.
AUTO :
Automatic switch to summer time on the last Sunday in
March
Automatic switch to winter time on the last Sunday in
October
