What is the BJ Background Monitor?

The BJ Background Monitor allows you to monitor and manage background printing.
Background printing includes all print jobs queued and awaiting execution, as well as
the current print job in progress.
Application/Print Document
The name of the software application used to
create the file and file name. The printer mark is
displayed here to mark the print job that is
currently executing.

The number of pages in the
print job and the size of the
file.
• When the Background Printing option is
Memo
checked on the Page Layout tab of the printer
driver, you can use other software
applications while a print job is executing.
