Is the paper size selection in the software
application the same as the Page Size
selection in the printer driver?
Use the same page size settings in the software
application and in the printer driver.
1 Open the printer driver.
2 On the Main tab, confirm that the Page Size setting is
correct. If it is not correct, click the Page Layout tab
and set the Page Size with the same setting you used
for the paper size in the software application.
