• If you are using a parallel connection...
On the General sheet check the message under
Device status. Make sure that no error has
occurred. Make sure that the Device usage check
box is not checked. If this box is checked on, click
and check off.
• If you are using a USB connection...
On the General sheet confirm the message under
Device Status. Make sure that no error has
occurred. Under Device usage, make sure that the
"Exists in all hardware profiles" box is checked on. If
this box is not checked, click and check on.
