The BJ Status Monitor is Not Displayed
■ Ensure that "Enable bi-directional support for this printer" is selected.

Open the Printer Properties dialog box from the Start menu.

Click the Details tab (or Ports tab), then click Spool Settings and select
Enable bi-directional support for this printer (or Enable bi-directional
support).
