Programs used with the printer

Here is a summary of the printer driver and the other utility programs that are used in
addition to the printer driver when the printer executes a print job.
Printer driver
A program that receives the print job data from the
software application, converts it into a format that the
printer can understand.
BJ Backgrounder
Displays the transmission status of the print job
currently executing in the background.
BJ Printer Monitor
If you connect more than two printers to the computer,
you can monitor the status of the printers.
Chapter 1 Getting Acquainted with the Printer
BJ Background
Monitor
Displays the status of the print jobs in the
background. You can use the BJ Background Monitor
to change the order of the print jobs or cancel a print
job.
BJ Status Monitor
Displays the status of the printer. If an error occurs,
the BJ Status Monitor will display a description of the
error and provide a solution for the problem.
