Is the printer cable connected securely?
Make sure the printer cable is connected securely to the
printer and computer. A poor connection could prevent
the printer from operating correctly.

Are you using the Canon S800 printer driver?
If any printer driver other than the Canon S800 is
selected for the print job, this will prevent the printer from
operating correctly. Open the Print dialog box and
confirm that the Canon S800 is selected as the printer.
• For detailed instructions about starting a
Memo
print job and opening the Printer dialog box,
refer to your software application manual.
• If you use the S800 exclusively for daily
operations, select the S800 as a default
printer.
