Printing an image like a photograph or
graphic image that requires a large amount of
ink?
For a print job that requires a large amount of ink, set
Fine for the Print Quality. The Fine setting reduces the
amount of ink used for a print job, especially in areas of
images where colours are bordered by black, thus
reducing the amount of ink absorbed by the media.
1 Open the printer driver.
2 On the Main tab, click the Advanced button.
3 Click the Quality tab and move the Print Quality slide
bar to the Fine position.
• The Print Quality values that you can select
Memo
are determined by the Media Type that you
have selected and loaded in the printer.
