POWER/ERROR lamp blinks orange
When an error occurs, the POWER/ERROR lamp flashes. To identify the problem,
count the number of orange flashes between each green flash and then refer to the
list below.
2 orange flashes: Paper out, feed error, or
paper jam
If no paper is loaded in the Printer, load the sheet
feeder. If the paper is misfeeding, remove the stack,
fan the sheets and align them by tapping them on a
flat surface, and set them in the sheet feeder. Then
press the RESUME button.

Remove the jammed paper and press the RESUME
button to cancel the error.

4 orange flashes: Ink tank empty
Replace the empty ink tank(s).

5 orange flashes: Printhead not installed
correctly
Make sure that the Printhead is securely locked down
into the Printhead holder.
6 orange flashes: Printhead is not installed
Install the Printhead. If the Printhead is installed in
place, the print head may be dirty. Remove the
Printhead, make sure the print head is not dirty, and
re-install it.
