Is the Orientation option set correctly?
If the paper is set in the printer vertically and Landscape
is set for Orientation, the printed image will be rotated 90
degrees.
1 Open the printer driver.
2 On the Page Layout tab, check the Orientation setting.
If Landscape is selected, select Portrait.

Is the print job set for 90 degree rotation in the
software application?
Some software applications are provided with options
that allow setting paper vertically (Portrait) yet printing
horizontally (Landscape). Check the Portrait and
Landscape settings in the software application. For
details, refer to your software application manual.

make sure these settings are the same as
