Printing does not start, even after printer receives signal from the computer

Is the printer switched on?
ON
Confirm that the POWER/ERROR lamp is lit green.
If the lamp is on and lit green, the printer is ready to use.
If the lamp is blinking green, it is warming up, or receiving
data from the computer. Wait for the lamp to stop
blinking.

Is the power cord plug connected securely to
the power outlet?
Make sure the power cord plug is connected securely to
the power outlet. A poor cord connection could prevent
the printer from operating correctly.
POWER/ERROR lamp blinking
The printer is warming up or receiving data from the
computer. Wait for the lamp to stop blinking.
POWER/ERROR lamp off
The power cord plug is not connected securely to the
power outlet. A poor connection could prevent the
printer from switching on.
