Print job starts but nothing printed on the page

Has an ink tank run out of ink, or is the print
head clogged?
If colours are missing
or broken, clean the
print head
The print head could be clogged, damaged, or worn out,
or one more of the ink tanks could be out of ink.
First open the BJ Status Monitor and confirm that the ink
level of each ink tank is sufficient, and print a nozzle
check pattern to check the condition of the print head.

Has the printer been printing for a long
period?
Printing halts temporarily
Long print jobs occasionally cause the print head to
overheat. In order to protect the print head, the printer
will halt temporarily to allow the print head to cool. After
the print head has cooled, the print job will resume
automatically.
Cancel the print job at a good place to break. Press the
POWER button to switch the printer off, unplug the
printer and allow the print head to cool for at least 15
minutes.
