Has Manual Feed been selected for the feed
method in the printer driver?
Check the Paper Feed setting in the printer driver.

1 Open the printer driver.
2 On the Main sheet, click the Advanced button.
3 Click the Quality tab and select Auto Feeder for the
Paper Feed setting.
If the paper still does not feed correctly, clean the paper
feed roller.
