Printing a booklet
Booklet Printing is a special feature of Two-sided Printing.
The pages are printed four to a sheet (2 pages each on
front and back) and ordered in such as way as the pages
will be numbered consecutively after they are folded
together and bound.

• When you set up a Booklet Printing job, you

can also insert blank pages, specify the
binding edge and margin, and add a Frame
Border. For details, refer to the printer driver
on-line Help.

1 On the Page Layout tab, click and check on the
Booklet Printing button, then click the Specify button
that appears to the right.
2 In the Booklet Printing dialog box, select the options
for the print job. Click the OK button to enable the
settings.
