Deep cleaning the print head (cont.)
3 Read the message and click the OK button.
• Print head deep cleaning begins and the POWER/
ERROR lamp blinks green. Always wait for the lamp
to stop blinking (deep cleaning requires about 1
minute).
4 Read the next message and click the OK button.
5 Print a nozzle check pattern and check the patterns to
determine if deep cleaning improved the performance
of the print head.
6 If the nozzle check pattern is still not crisp and clear
after deep cleaning, the Printhead may be damaged
and worn out. Call for service to fix the problem.
