12.16.7 Cleaning or replacing UV lamps on the
side walls
Acrylic panels unusable due to soiling!
Soiling on the panels is burned in by the hot lamps and results in the long term
in unserviceable panels.
– Remove fingerprints and other soiling carefully.
NOTE:
There is a risk of damage being caused to the acrylic panels
and the cockpit control and the side walls!

Observe the order: First remove the acrylic cover on the
left and then the one on the right.

Do not knock the right acrylic panel against the cockpit
control when removing it.
First remove the left acrylic panel:
– Remove the screws.
– Remove the acrylic panel and carefully lay it aside.
Upper lamp cover:
– Loosen screws 2/16 in (3-4 mm).
– Take off the lamp cover.
