Calibration ROM

This ROM is associated with the sensor on a one-to-one basis, and operates connected to the Sensor
Controller.

Use with the Calibration ROM always connected. If the Calibration ROM is not connected, the error message
"SYSERR" is shown in the main digital and "NO.ROM" is shown in the sub digital, where measurement is not
possible.
If the Calibration ROM is lost, or fails, refer to p.174.
