Temperature Control Units
 In case of extreme load (high torque, high operating
temperature of about 200--350C) cooling air for the
motor is needed.
Devices with air bearing:
 For measurements at temperatures of 200-- 350C
cooling for the measuring head is needed.
For this the compressed air connection 9 on the under-
side of the temperature control unit is used.
