Laser On/Off Status
Definition:
When enabled, the laser is ON only during the read cycle. When dis-
abled, the laser operates continuously.
Usage:
Laser On/Off extends the life of the laser. It is useful where there are
significant time gaps between symbols. It also provides visual confirma-
tion of a read cycle duration and minimizes laser exposure to people.
