CHANGING BELL SCHEDULE
Once a bell schedule is established, the time of an entry cannot be changed. The
entire entry must be deleted and a new entry added for the correct time. To
delete the entry, highlight the entry that you wish to change and select DELETE.
A pop up question box asking, "Are you sure you want to delete this item?" will
appear. Select YES to delete the entry or select CANCEL to abort the deletion.
To change the duration, days of the week or circuit to ring, highlight the sched-
ule you wish to modify, select the Edit button and make your change. Click the
Save button to save the change or click the Cancel button to return without
changing the existing bell schedule.
DELETING THE BELL SCHEDULE
Click the DELETE ALL button. A pop up question box asking, "Are you sure you
want to delete all scheduled items?" will appear. Select YES to delete the entry or
select CANCEL to abort the deletion

PAYROLL TAB

Get Punches: At Login you are offered the option to download punches.
Pyramid recommends that you do this on a regular basis to prevent data loss.
Otherwise, GET PUNCHES allows you to download punches when you are ready
for payroll activities. TimeTrax Pro will automatically recognize new punches,
and download only those not currently in the database.
Punch Details: The PUNCH DETAILS screen displays all in and out punches.
This screen allows you to view, insert, edit and delete punches, as well as assign
comments to punches. You can also view Current, Previous and 2 Prior pay
periods. This screen categorizes the type of pay category, and notifies you of
possible errors.
