Location
When installing a manipulator, it is necessary to satisfy the following
environmental conditions:
• Ambient temperature: 0° to + 45 °C
• Humidity: 20 to 80 %RH (non-condensing)
• Free from dust, soot, or water
• Free from corrosive gas or liquid, or explosive gas
• Free from excessive vibration
(Vibration acceleration: 4.9 m/s
• Free from large electrical noise (plasma)
• Flatness for installation: 0.5 mm or less
