Hardware config.

This submenu allows users to specify the response of the switching output (terminals 41, 42).
Depending upon the selection ("Pulse", "Flow alarm", "Temperature alarm", "System alarm"),
the "Pulse width", "Min Q_Alarm", "Max Q_Alarm", "Min T_Alarm" or "Max T_Alarm" menus will
appear respectively.
