GE Moisture Image Series and M-Series thin-film aluminum oxide probes.
9.2.2 Calibration Ranges (Dew/Frost Point)
Standard:
+10°C to -80°C (+50°F to -112°F)
with data from +20°C to -110°C (+68°F to -166°F)
Ultralow:
-50°C to -100°C (-58°F to -148°F)
with data to -110°C (-166°F)
9.2.3 Accuracy (Dew/Frost Point)
±2°C (±3.6°F) from +10°C to -65°C (+50°F to -85°F)
±3°C (±5.4°F) from –66°C to -80°C (-86°F to -112°F)
9.2.4 Repeatability (Dew/Frost Point)
±0.5°C (±0.9°F) from +10°C to -65°C (+50°F to -85°F)
±1.0°C (±1.8°F) from -66°C to -80°C (-86°F to -112°F)
9.2.5 Operating Pressure
5 μ of Hg to 5000 psig (345 bar), limited by optional pressure sensor
