INSTALLING THE COOLANT RESERVOIR
COVER
1. Install:
• Coolant reservoir cover
Coolant reservoir cover bolt (for
XVS13AA(C)/XVS13CTA(C))
10 Nm (1.0 m·kg, 7.2 ft·lb)
Coolant reservoir cover bolt (for
XVS13CA(C))
10 Nm (1.0 m·kg, 7.2 ft·lb)
LOCTITE®
TIP
First, tighten the bolt "1", then the bolt "2". The
bolts "3" and "4" may be tightened in any tighten-
ing sequence.

INSTALLING THE EXHAUST PIPE COVER
SCREW CLAMPS
1. Install:
• Exhaust pipe cover screw clamps
Exhaust pipe cover screw clamp
6 Nm (0.6 m·kg, 4.3 ft·lb)
TIP
Do not retighten the exhaust pipe cover screw
clamps; always replace them with new ones if
they are loosened.
