7.4.11 Roaming Operator List (ID=5000-5049)

Parameter defines roaming operator list. According to this list module selects operating
profile. If roaming operator list is left empty, FMB920 will automatically detect home operator. If
home operator will be written to roaming operator list any part, it will be detected as home
operator, not roaming. All other written operators are Preferred Roaming Operator Codes.
