Removing and installing parts of the cooling system
Parts of cooling system
Notes:
♦ The cooling system is pressurized when the
engine is warm. Release pressure, if
necessary, before carrying out repairs.
♦ Hose connections are secured with spring
strap clamps. Always use spring strap
clamps when carrying out repairs.
♦ It is recommended to use the special pliers
for the spring strap clamps for removing and
installing them.
♦ Always replace seals and gaskets.
♦ Route coolant hoses free of stress when
installing and avoid contact with other
components (pay attention to marking on
coolant connection and on hose).
♦ Draining and filling system with coolant
