4.9.1 LLDP
LLDP is a one-way protocol without request/response sequences. Information is advertised
by stations implementing the transmit function, and is received and processed by stations
implementing the receive function.
LLDP System Settings
The LLDP System Settings allows you to configure the status (enabled or disabled) for the
protocol, set the interval for frame transmission, set the hold time multiplier and the re-
initialization delay.
To access this page, click Management > LLDP > LLDP System Settings.

Reinitialization Delay Select the delay length before re-initialization.

Click Enabled or Disabled to set the Global Settings state.
Click to select the LLDP PDU handling action when LLDP is globally
disabled. Options include: Filtered, Bridged, or Flooded.
Select the interval at which frames are transmitted. The default is 30
seconds, and the valid range is 5 to 32768 seconds.
Select the multiplier on the transmit interval to assign to TTL.
Select the delay after an LLDP frame is sent.
Click Apply to save the values and update the screen.
