Searching for a Contact in the Phone Book

You can search by first or last name, or you can display all contacts. This can be done from
the endpoint itself or from the Scopia XT Series web interface.
You can perform this procedure with your XT Remote Control Unit as described below, or
using your keyboard and mouse (for more information, see
Control the Scopia XT Executive" on page

Deleting a Contact from the Phone Book

If you are using the Scopia XT Series's local LDAP server, you can remove unused contacts from
your phone book. This can be done from the endpoint itself or from the Scopia XT Series web
interface.
You can perform this procedure with your XT Remote Control Unit as described below, or
using your keyboard and mouse (for more information, see
Control the Scopia XT Executive" on page

From the endpoint's main menu, select Contacts.
From the XT Series web interface, select Make your call > Basic Options > Contacts.
