Do not power on or operate the CTR without

When switching on the CTR, the center position
of the two control sticks is calibrated. Make sure
to not move them while the CTR is powering up.
Otherwise there will be an error message
"JOYSTICK ERROR" in the Status Display and in
the notification area of the touchscreen tablet
and the motors cannot be started. If this occurs,
switch off the CTR and switch it on again
without touching the control sticks.

Slide the battery with the colored "Intel" label
(see no. (1) in the picture) facing downwards
into the battery compartment. Slide it all the
way in until it is stopped and flush with the end
of the slot.
The Intel Powerpack battery (same as used for
the Intel Falcon 8+, see chapter 2.6 The Intel
Powerpack Batteries) provides power to the CTR
as well as the touchscreen tablet.
Install the shoulder harness by connecting the
carabiners of the harness to the first eyelet of
the integrated holder (red circle in this image)
on each side of the CTR.

can be felt.
Unfold the antenna panel on the backside of the
touchscreen tablet. The antenna panel must
always be pointed at the UAV to ensure best
possible transmission quality.
