Flight logs
It might happen that the Intel Falcon 8+ UAV cannot access a logging storage device
(see also
mechanical connection issue or a corrupted file system on the storage device. If the
Intel Falcon 8+ UAV cannot access a storage device, a respective warning will be
displayed:

Note:
The Intel Falcon 8+ UAV is able to fly without any active logging device. It is the
responsibility of the user to make sure that all flights can be properly logged if it is a
legal requirement in the country where the system is used.
Neither the USB stick, nor the User SD card will be deleted or formatted by the flight
system. We recommend to regularly make back up copies of these storage devices and
reformat them afterwards. Especially when working on complex projects, during which
the logs are needed for geo-referencing, it is helpful to start with clean storage media.

Pushing ESC cancels the function and brings

When the formatting of the SD card is finished, the
Intel Falcon 8+ UAV will immediately create a new
log file and start logging again.
Switch off the Intel Falcon 8+ UAV. Wait 10
seconds and switch it on again. During boot up,
the internal SD card will be formatted and it should
again be accessible. If this does not help, contact
the support to get instructions on how to proceed.
