Charging the Intel Powerpack batteries
For charging the Intel Powerpack battery you only need the supplied power supply unit.
Figure 2-21. Charging
During the charging process (battery is connected to the power supply unit and this to
a wall outlet 100 V - 240 V AC 50 Hz - 60 Hz) the actual battery state and the progress
of the charging process is shown by the LEDs automatically.
As in the table above the number of permanently lighted LEDs shows the actual
progress of the charging process. Additionally the next higher LED is flashing. This
means that this charging step is not yet finished.
When the charging process is finished and the full capacity of the battery is reached, all
five LEDs keep on flashing simultaneously as long as connected for charging.
When charging is finished, just unplug the battery and the AC adapter.

the first LED (no. 1, red) is flashing, indicating that the first menu option can be
activated by another long push on the button (> 2 sec).
2. Every further short/brief push (< 2 sec) on the button navigates to the next menu
option which can be activated by another long push on the button (> 2 sec),
indicated by the flashing of the respective LED.
If there is no user input, the LED menu is closed after 33 sec.
